Hello everyone,

WOW 2018 went by so fast!!  I would like to express my gratefulness to all of our amazing customers, both local and visiting, for your support during the 2018 season.  I'd like to personally wish each of you a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.  May Santa bring you more golf and record scores come the new year!

Sadly, I have lost my three main assistants in the in the kitchen moving into next season with each of them finding year round employment however I am confident we'll be able to find suitable and equally talented staff for 2019.  You will see a few menu changes coming in the new year designed to take some of the pressure off of me while keeping the same high standards for food quality that you have come to expect from the Osprey Mountain Grill.

Our introduction of the quick order menu to the 8th tee this spring was a resounding success and I thank all of you who used this new service.  It worked great for both sides as your time spent between nines grabbing a bite was reduced and I saw an increase in my 'to go' food sales!

I am very proud to be a part of this beautiful golf course and really do enjoy working with the outstanding human beings that comprise our Golf Shop and Ground Maintenance departments.  Most importantly, I value all of the relationships that I have built with our customers and I can't wait to open the doors this spring to continue serving you my passion on a plate!
